Privacy policy

Who we are

Wreck Circuit is an iPad game. In this policy, "we" means the maker of Wreck Circuit. You can reach us at hi@wreckcircuit.com.

What the app keeps on your iPad

To remember your choices and progress, the app saves a small amount of game data in its own storage on your device:

• settings, such as steering style, sensitivity, camera, difficulty and volume levels;
• progress, such as Season standings, best scores, track goals and unlocked paints.

This data never leaves your iPad through the app and is never sent to us. It may be included in your iPad's own backups, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes this data.

What we don't do

• We don't ask you to create an account or sign in.
• We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers.
• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't include third-party data-collecting software.
• The game doesn't need an internet connection and doesn't send data over the network.
• We don't use your microphone or camera.

Game controllers

Game controller input is handled on your iPad and is never sent to us.

Children

Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children, including children under 13.

If you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to fix problems you report, and we don't share it.
